Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International orders may require up to 5–7 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight for orders under $50.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for standard shipping; 1–3 business days for express.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Digital Products (Crochet Patterns) Digital pattern downloads are available immediately after purchase. No shipping applies to digital products.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
