Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Occasionally a colorway sells out faster than we can restock it, which adds 5–10 days before that order can ship — if this affects your order we will email you right away with the new timeline, and you can cancel for a full refund if the later date does not work for you.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping is a flat $4.99, and free on orders over $50. Orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days of purchase, including the 1–3 business days of processing above.
International Shipping
Standard international shipping is a flat $9.99 to Canada and our main international destinations, and free on orders over $50. Orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days of purchase, including processing and customs clearance. A small number of further destinations ship at a flat $19.99 (also free over $50) and typically arrive within 14–28 business days. The rate and estimate that apply to your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We disclaim responsibility for customs-related delays.
Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
Digital pattern downloads are available immediately after purchase. No shipping applies to digital products.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We collaborate with carriers to resolve such issues.
