How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free, anywhere in the world. Below that it is a flat $4.99 in the US and $9.99 to Canada and our main international destinations — no weight-based surprises at checkout. A few far destinations are $19.99. Full details are in our Shipping policy, linked in the footer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Counting that, US orders arrive in 4-10 business days and international orders in 10-18 business days, depending on destination and customs. Full details are in the Shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
Unused yarn in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Refunds policy in the footer for the simple steps.
How do I know the colors will match what I see on screen?
You don't have to trust a screen — that's why we make color cards. Every card carries real yarn samples, hand-numbered, so the shade you pick is exactly the shade that arrives.
Do you supply shops and studios?
Yes — our wholesale program starts at 100 skeins with mixed colorways allowed. See the Wholesale page for tiers and the application form.
