How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after that; international delivery generally ranges 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs. Full details are in the Shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
Unused yarn in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Refunds policy in the footer for the simple steps.
How do I know the colors will match what I see on screen?
You don't have to trust a screen — that's why we make color cards. Every card carries real yarn samples, hand-numbered, and its cost is credited toward your first yarn order.
Do you supply shops and studios?
Yes — our wholesale program starts at 100 skeins with mixed colorways allowed. See the Wholesale page for tiers and the application form.
