Veraline

Our Story

Veraline began where most maker brands do: with a project that deserved better yarn.

Made by makers

Veraline started at a kitchen table, with a half-finished baby blanket and a skein that didn't match its dye lot. We thought yarn could be better: softer, truer to color, consistent enough to trust with a hundred hours of handwork.

Small batches, on purpose

Today every Veraline yarn is made in small batches in our Pacific Northwest studio. Small batches mean we can steam-set every run for color fastness, check texture by hand, and number every shade so the color you loved is the color you reorder.

300+ hand-numbered shades

Across our yarn lines — Puffie, chenille, velvet, cotton blends, faux fur and art yarns — we keep more than 300 shades in the library. Each one exists because a maker asked for it.

The community makes it

Thousands of makers crochet and knit with Veraline, and their patterns, photos and feedback shape what we dye next. Tag #veralineyarn on Instagram and you're part of the story.
