What is the minimum order quantity?
Our Starter tier begins at 100 skeins per order. You can mix any colorways and weights within that minimum. There is no minimum per colorway.
How do wholesale pricing tiers work?
There are three tiers — Starter, Studio, and Atelier — based on order volume. Every tier starts from the same catalog; higher volumes unlock deeper per-skein pricing. We share the full wholesale price list when your application is approved.
Can I see the yarn before committing to an order?
Yes — every yarn line has a physical color card with real yarn swatches of each colorway. Order the color cards for the lines you are considering and judge texture and color in person before you stock them.
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
Orders ship from our Pacific Northwest studio in the United States. We ship to over 45 countries worldwide with tracking included.
What is the typical lead time?
In-stock colorways ship within 3-5 business days. Custom colorway orders take 2-4 weeks depending on quantity. We will confirm timelines when you place your order.
